Dr. Douglas Monteleone is a second generation chiropractor practicing 33 years with his identical twin brother, Dr. Donald Monteleone, at Advance Chiropractic Pain Relief Center located in Niagara Falls, New York. Dr. Douglas attended Northwestern Health Science University where he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors. He attended Brockport State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors. While at Brockport, he was awarded the Dr. Thomas Memorial Award in Biology and earned a brown belt in judo from the prestigious Dr. Sachio Ashida of Japan.

Dr. Douglas Monteleone is an accomplished professional archer and has earned 6 New York State Championship wins. In 2004, a personal dream came true as he took 2nd place at the World Archery Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada in the Top Professional Division.

He is married and has two sons. He is also an avid organic gardener and believes that essential health can be reached with chiropractic care, healthy eating, regular exercise, and positive mental habits.

Dr. Donald received his doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology at Northwestern Health Science University.

He was also an Aviation Tech in The U.S. Navy for four years. While at Naval training in Great Lakes, Dr. Donald was selected to receive the "Color Company Flag" for his graduating company. He was active in the 1990's with lobbying efforts in Washington D.C. for the chiropractic profession. Dr. Donald is married and has four children.
